Like a lot of people, we saw our first Jasmine blossom in the movie Marie Antoinette. It is probably the most interesting thing that happened in the film. The blossoms can be found online at Adagio Teas (www.adagio.com) as well as at a number of other retailers. We used the tea as a diversion while we began preparing the meal. Unfurled, the blossoms don't look quite like the CG'd blossoms in the movie, but they are impressive nonetheless. For maximum viewing we served the tea in stemless wine glasses.
